Woow, love getting my floral mojo revved! Changing up a 6 rose design fascinates the heck out of me, motivates my inner soul. Who knows what we can come up with? Fall is that time of year when we start getting motivated to decorate and create magic in our homes. Summer is gone, the creative mojo is kicking in, excitement is building. This short video shows how your everyday accessories mix right in with some holiday fresh and dried goods that you pick up at your favorite craft store, blending with items your precious yard (or your friendly neighbor) has that is begging you to gather up. It is exciting to take what you already have and give it a new spin. Try different things; if they don’t look right, rework the setting till your satisfied. Always remember the world wasn’t built in a day, so have fun creating!
These two prints are the perfect size for any area in your home, a bit contemporary in their interpretation of nature while maintaining the love of birds we all seem to gravitate to. After placing the units, grab your willow, moss, and glue gun. This is such a simple way to give your wall pieces more dimension which will turn these little gems into visual art for you or your client to enjoy for years. Go for it, and create with wonder!
Natural bouquets with depth and interest is the goal for many of our brides. Adding different elements with lots of texture keeps the eye stimulated…..something I gravitate to every time! If you use the right mixture of flowers, greens, filler, and man made materials you’ll end up with a creation that’s interesting and totally fun. Lots of harvested material used in these bouquets with covered natural wire from my local Michael’s store. Enjoy this small journey and let me know your thoughts, or if you have any questions, please ask away!
