Give Some Friggn’ Service

Fresh Design, birds, angled cut in half bambbo (2)Creating the most awesome floral designs is commendable, loved, admired.  But just as valuable is the service attached to those creations;  service and quality of design are neck and neck in the “must do” florist category.

When your tired and harried, stop, think and listen.  It’s these moments that define us as business owners, times when we rise to the customer’s needs and wants.  Don’t dismiss them as “cranky and complaining”.  Turn them into lasting revenue that will give you the life you deserve and love.

It’s all in how we handle these creatures of our everyday floral world……
